Missbehave and not perfect bus timing

Respected sir/madam

I am neetu from ahmedabad, I have complain for vasana inquiry officer, he always doing misbehave, when we ask a quiestion of bus timing, and always he given wrong answer to us, and there are not perfect time vasana to Isanpur bus NO 201. you can check it. i dont know his name but he is always sit right side of window. please take action of him. he has no manners to talk with public. there has only 1 bus vasana to Isanapur 201.
