I did't get refund for cancelled tickets

Hai,

This is Nagendra i had booked 2 tickets from rajamundry to hyderabad for 09/10 by online and cancelled on 07/10 till now i did't get my refund. I made a call twice to Apsrtc customer care service and they are not give sufficient response to me regarding refund.
