Refund not received after 5 moths

Hello,

I have booked flat in Arun Dev builders (Yamuna Apartments Sangam Vihar) in April. As they promised that they will give possession within 24 months and now two years have already passed. Now we dont want to purchase any flat from ADBL.We applied for the refund in the June and they promised that we will receive refund amount within 3 months that has been already passed. I have my daughter's function due in the month of Dec and we need money.

Kindly look into this matter as we need your help in this case.

We have visited their Regional Office so many times but every time they are giving us new excuses.
