(Request for cancellation of registration for unauthorised construction).
My name is Gopal Kuma Rai, I am residence of Govindpuri. I found 'Balbir Sing' un-expetienced Building Developer, say's he is a business man.
Balbir Sing h/o no 151, Devli Village, New Delhi. He is making construction at 657/1 Devli Village, which is unauthosised. He assures flat owners for 90% loan, and books the flats, after 4 to 5 months he says Bank loan could not happen.
And offers Loan from his side and also asks for interest for the no of days already resided from the back date.
Their is no water in this bulding, we request for a borwell but this person did'nt do any thing for the flat owners. Tankers are used to provide water, and extra charges are taken for this.
Flat owners are harressed like any thing. Flats are not approved by MCD. So he constructed new flats as per his wish. Their are no roads for your veichels to come and go outside.
IF something urgent happens, you do not have communicate after 10:30Pm to go to main road.
So be carefull before purchasing house on plot no 657/1, Nai Basti, Devli Village
