In bhanu township clubhouse maintainance is horribly bad as people who paid fees monthly are asked to pay the fees every month, but those who are not paying fees are allwed to access swimming pool and garden even kids from slum are also swimming in the pool with full cloths on, whatchman is saying nothing to them. All residents are facing this, it is not being maintained properly at all.
This builder does not know how to maintain townships, and always unavailable. I will not recommend anyone to go for this township to buy a flat. All owners are facing this problem.
