Non refund of the Booking Amount

Hello

I have done one booking with BPTP for comercial Space in capital City Sector 94 Noida.

I paid Rs. 4 lacs as booking amount.

Due to some reason I wanted to cancel my booking and asked them to refund my application amount of Rs.4 lacs. As no aggreement has been signed yet, no space has been allocated sofar.

I was informed that no refund can be made.

What is the best way to get this money from them
