I have given cheque to BPTP Rs. 2.5lac cheque number 375472, dated 24.02.10, that is got misplace from their bank, now it is 6 month for the cheque. they are asking for another cheque i am ready to issue freah cheque for the same.

i want clarity for non extra payment in particular installment in future.

decision is pending from their side. now they are writing mail for clear installmet otherwise they will charge interest for the same.
