SUB.: COMPLAINT AGAINST BALWINDER SINGH KALSI SON OF SHRI NARAIN SINGH, DEVENDER SINGH KALSI SON OF SHRI BALWINDER SINGH KALSI BOTH RESIDENT OF WZ – B/10, GALI NO. 12, SANT GARH, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI - 110018, FOR CARRYING ON ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION AT THE ABOVE SAID PROPERTY BEARING NO. WZ – B/1O GALI NO. 12, SANT GARH, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI - 110018 WITHOUT GETTING ANY SANCTION PLAN FROM THE AUTHORITY CONCERNED
Sir,
It is respectfully stated as under:-
1. That the complainant is residing adjacent of the above said property since long.
2. That for the last 2 - 3 months the above named persons have started carrying on their illegal and unauthorized construction over the above said property without getting proper sanction plan and permission from the concerned authority of MCD.
3. That in the above said property, the above named persons have constructed the three commercial shops on the ground floor although this colony is residential and now constructing the same upto sky.
4. That the above said persons are constructing their property without taking proper precaution as required resulting the property of the applicant causes cracks in the walls as well as floor and thereafter the complainant number of time also requested the above named persons for taking precaution but they instead of taking proper precaution threatened the complainant and his family members to involve them in false criminal case if they raises any objection to this effect. The complainant being innocent and law abiding citizen immediately called the police control room on 100 number and thereafter local police ASI Anup Singh, constable Umesh came on the spot on 22.05.2011 at about 6.00 p.m. and DD No. 23 dated: 22.5.2011 was lodged by the police at the police post Tilak Vihar, (P.S. Tilak Nagar), Delhi, in the mean time the above named culprits called their associates namely Gurucharan Singh @ Sant and his son Gyan Singh @ Ginni at the spot and the above named persons while coming on the spot without hearing any thing started abusing the complainant and threatened with dire consequences and told him that they will not stop the illegal and unauthorized construction at any cost and no one can do any thing against them because they have good relations with area politicians and with the concerned police as well as the higher police as well as MCD department and due to which they are raising the illegal construction without any fearing day and night and further threatened that they shall not take precaution and no one can go against them.
5. That it is further surprising that the concerned police inspite of taking legal action against the illegal construction they insisted the complainant to settle the matter and compromise with the above said culprits.
6. That in the above said circumstances, the lives and property of the complainant and his family members are in-danger from the hands of above named culprits and their illegal and unauthorized construction, hence this complaint.
7. That thereafter the complainant repeatedly visited the concerned police station and requested the concerned police to take appropriate legal action against the above named persons and their illegal construction, but no action has been taken so far against them and their unauthorized construction, the reason best known to the concerned police officials.
It is, requested that your goodself may kindly take legal steps to protect the life and property of the complainant and his family members and further to take appropriate steps to demolish the unauthorized construction going on property No. WZ-B-10, Gali No.12, Sant Garh, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi: 110018 in view of above circumstances at the earliest as possible.
