It was really a very very unpleasant stay. The Chalet-Group executive was blaming on the customers why they did not come to see the place before booking, rather he should have seen the place once before writing about the services.

they promised the following services on the given rates

location - whitefield, project named by Waterville (transtree ) – Opposite to Sigma Tech park, before Forum Mall

Type – Studio apartment – 1 number – for 2 Persons

Tariff – Rs. 2700/- plus Tax per day

Tax – 12%

Tariff Includes – Breakfast, Internet, Housekeeping, Gym, Swimming pool

There was no Wifi connection, there were Lan cables but internet was not working. The hotel manager thought we are unhappy about the internet speed. But having a telephone cable in a room doesn't mean you have telephone connection.

The pool was under construction which we never get to use.

We changed the room to a smaller one to get internet, but the problem prevailed.

basically we stayed in a 2bed room hotel with no star paying some amount in which we could have stayed at least in a 3 star hotel.
