Monthly chs bill

I am residing in registered chs in kalyan. Our secretary shifted his residence at thane last year. He has not resigned. Normally he prepares monthly bill and distributes. But last one year he didnt give any bill. I am not able to know how much my dues are there. He is not answering phone calls. What options I have??? plz Guide.
