Maintainance Cost

Hello,

I have a house in Tilak Nagar - Chembur and the maintainance cost of the house is same for all flats i.e. 1bhk, 2 bhk, 3bhk, as well as duplex. I am aware that the maintainance cost is based on psf, hence i feel highly cheated. Could you please guide me on this subject and the next steps. Please treat this as urgent.
