Refund of Initial deposit

Sir,

I have booked a plot in Urban Woods development at Devanahalli (near the new airport) with the above mentioned company 2.5 years back. I have been trying through various attempts to get the plot or refund and the supposed owner of the Company Mr Gautham and his cronies have been promising to arrange the refund. But till date despite several calls and attempts to contact him nothing seems tobe happening. I am an NRI and it is now becoming difficult for to track the movements of Mr gautham or the status of the company or the project. Please help as this a very big amount for me (8 Lakhs)
