Not returning money after cancellation the flat

6 month I booked a flat in devika gold homz (pragati group) through Dream homes named dealer in noida extension, price was 25 % higher than current market rate, si I submitted cancellation form 3 months back, still money not refunded, these people not giving any status also, I m totally losss of 6 lakh ruppes.
