Refund not received agst earnest money of aerocity

As GMADA has initialy promissed to refund the earnest money by Oct, 10 afterwards they issued a public notice saying that eveyone will receive refund by 10th of Dec. & given the name of banks who will issue dd against refund but Telephone number of the banks are not working at all & our refunds are pending with them
