I had booked a flat with green city builders in Dharuhera. Flat G-22 was alotted to me and agreement made.

I had paid instalment of Rs 200000 on 21-05-07, Rs1, 93600 on (28-07-07), Rs 1, 40400 on 25-02-08.

I had also booked a plot 300 sq yards at nri green city bhiwadi forRs 3, 17, 105, and a 200 sq yard plot for Rs 2250000

Also paid Rs128000 for a 400 sq feet shop in Bhiwadi

The above plot and shop projects were delayed. So the money was transferred to only one project at solitare green Dharuhera.

that project is also stopped in between and Jitender chaudhary M.D. green city is untraceable.

A total amount of Rs 1204105 was then accredited for Dharuhera project.

I want to register a complaint as it looks that solitare green project at Dharuhera also will never be made.
