Irresponsible Behaviou

I have booked one flat with this builder. To me also they have handed over the flat but it is incomplete. they have not kept any of their promises. I have suffered loss of lakhs of rupees by the irresponsible attitude of this builder. I'm completely disap0pointed at their rude and complacent attitude. One fo their directiors called Majid or somethign is extremely rude. He treats customers as tyhough they are dirt. They have also appointed one person called Parameshwaran who just beats around the bush and conveniently for them gives customers the slip. Will soon have to take up this case with the court if things continue to go like this.
