Sir, I am a student residing in narketpally, nalgonda district of Andhrapradesh. Its a very small village without basic facilities. House rents in this village are very very high. Because many students have to stay there to study in various educational Institutes in and around that vilage, people are demanding high rents.

Double Room (ordinary) 3200
Double room with good flooring 3500
these rates are excluding electricity bills. Electricity bills are also very high. With a fan and light, even with a meter, electricity bill would be 250Rs.(No one understands why). If no meter, they would charge according to the goods available

I request you to please take necessary action against this open robbery. Please issue some orders to the local bodies to regulate the house rents in the locality so that people can survive.
