I am resident of c-311b Sushant lok-1.This property is sold as per floor basis. The builder constructed three floors GF, FF SF. Now the owner of Second floor has built the 3rd floor. Which is illegal and also danger to the building. We have made acomplaint with huda sector 14 around two months back and visited twice for the update about our complaint but later one day i found one notice from huda to the second floor. After that notice the owner started more fast work to complete the 3rd floor and now he has completed the construction without taking permission of the floor owners of ground and first floor. Now its danger to the building one day it will be gounded as on gound floor they are getting cracks on the walls, which is again become a life danger also. Since its an illegal construction huda town planner gurgaon should demolish it without delaying the things. But i think they are taking their own sweet time. Once any incident will happen huda and the owner of the second floor will be held responsible. So please help us in this case. Who can do it in huda... Please take some early action to avoid any kind of life lose.
