Respected sir,
i would like to draw your attention towards house no. WZ-534 street no.15 sadhnagar, palamcolony, new delhi-110045. the owner has constructed a residential house without proper permission from the concerned authorities.
i have already complaint to [the MCD COMMISSIONER, the hon'ble L.G OF DELHI and DY.COMMISSIONER mcd najafgarh zone] through written application and already sent 3 reminders.it's been 1year but NO ACTION has been taken yet by the concerned authorities.
Due to 4feet width of terrace/chajja towards the street which is covered by the owner and the wall of the house has bent towards my house which may cause some dangerous harm either in respect of property or human beings/family members.the basic area of the ground floor is 380sq/ft which has been increased to 500sq/ft and thus weakening the strength of the house.
Therefore i request to the higher authorities to take this application into prime consideration and instruct the concerned authorities to take necessary action against violation of the building by laws and for the safeguard of my family.
