My name is Santosh Srivastava. I booked a flat in Aura chimera (NH 58, Ghaziabad) 2 years back. Till date there has been no progress on the project and now the excpected date of completion is April.
I discussed the matter with Nitishree several times but no result. Nitishree has refused to return me the money despite having a clause in the builder buyer agreement. I was bluntly told to go to court if I want my money back, at the top of it I was told that nothing would happen even if I go to court.
I am on CLP plan (construction linked) and Nitishree has already chrged me 50% of the amount without making any progress on the project.
I am going to lodge a 'fraud' complaint with police. That is the only way to get my money back.
