I had a bad experience with Jain Sudarsana project, i went by the fame of Jain and also had a look of their previous completed projects but apparently none of their new initiatives / projects are upto the standards.

Here are the extracts (this was not the case earlier - a decade back)

- Delay in completion of projects and handing over the keys (2 yrs delay)

- Failure to keep up the words and commitments provided when booking the apartment

- Total failure of STP in the project - seepage, no analysis performed prior to implementation

- Unexpected amount propped up all the sudden prior to handover

- collection of maint amount even prior to handover of keys

- No responsiveness from the jain office / staff

- Overall quality as a project was not good as lot of complaints were kept coming

- Aircracks, internal issues within the unit, failure to proide teak door as agreed are all addendum

Any project any builder should be committed to the quality that is the underlying expectation but in reality that does not work.
