Hello, Two months ago I had booked a flat at Matrix Construction in Nagpur with a payment of 41, 000. At the time of booking, the scheme was not sanctioned by NIT (Nagpur Improvement Trust) but the company told me that the scheme is going to be sanctioned in one week. But, after even one month, they could not get the scheme sanctioned by NIT and could not start the construction, i decided to cancel the flat and so i canceled it and asked for refund. But, since one month they have been ignoring me and not attending my phone calls. It seems they are not willing to pay my money back. As of now, I have not done anything else except continuously requesting them to give my money back, but now i am thinking about reporting this case to Police and in Consumer Court. Please let me know if there are any options to get my money back, i will be grateful to you.
