IMPOSING LATE FEE UNNECESSARY & LATE POSSESION

SIR,

This is to kindly make in your notice that i booked my Flat in Pavallion Court, Japee green Noida (P 3 - 1003) thinking that I am investing in an prestige group. I came to know that i have pennalized with late payment fee for DECEMBER month, for not my Fault, (around RS 1, 50, 000) Because FIRST, I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY DEMAND LETTER, SECOND, I was very busy that days and was not in India, I also posted you a letter regarding this on 09 /01 , but didn't received any reply.

I tried to contact an concern person many times but every time i call some other person receive a call, any every time i have to explain the story any they dosen' t gave any productive reply, and after talking i feel mentaly harrased.

I Have never expected thse things from such an organisation on the other hand, possesion is even to late, please kindly wave off my Intrest as soon as possible.

Hoping the organization shall consider my request sympathycally and do the justice to me
