I Parvinder Singh had a property in Bhai Parmanand Colony Delhi -9 Ground Floor House no. 199... I sold this property on 22.01.10 by Kapoor Properties situated in Mukherji Nagr Delhi -9 who made me fool. He agreed to pay Rs 890000/ to me for this ground floor & gave us cheque of Rs 445000/- each as this property was jointly owned by me & my friend Prabhjeet singh but he kept Rs 100000 as security which he had taken cash from us which he said will be given back after clearance of Electricity & waater bills. Now after 20 days everything has been cleared by us but that property dealer (Kapoor properties) is not ready to give us Rs 1 lakh. I will not allow him to sell this floor & my advocate has already made documents so that we can file case against that dealer & property. I just want to inform all of you that you should not buy this property as he can make fool of you also
