Dear Sir
I am from Pune I am buying a resale property developed by builder where society is not formed. The builder is charging 50Rs per sqft to give noc for loan purpose the ammount is 80000/- (approx) which is very huge for just one paper from builder side to get loan from bank.
I am only going to pay bank's instalment and will have full right on my property
Please help what can be done in this case
