we have ordered a pessenger lift in jodhpur rajasthan in the name of navkar developers vide order no 52NR0465. the installation of the lift pending for past two months due to nonavailability of material .i made several complaints telephonically to mr kamal, mr arora and above all to mr lorentz office as well but to no avail.i am an engineer and designer by profession and recommended and recomeending otis elevator for my various projects and amazed to see that this happens to me.i request you to complete the installation asap because for that we are suffering financial as well as loss of goodwill.i assure you that i wouldnot trouble you in future for my projects.thanks.praveen mehta.
