DElay in Possesion- Morning Glory of almost 15 Months

I have booked my Flat in Morning Glory my promised due date was Dec then March then November and now it is March 31st 2012.

It’s disgusting that a reputed Builder has fail on the promises.

Currently I am staying in a rental flat and have to change the place every year.

Last visit on 01st Jan the status of construction for morning Glory is still left by finishing,

 The internal work,

 Lobby on the floors still not done,

 Lift still not installed,

 Painting of the building pending,

 The Plumbing, Electrical fittings, are still to be fixed,

 Internal painting not done yet.

 Railings for staircase & Gallery still to be installed.

 Area around the Morning Glory & Ivy is still unclear filled with Sand and Bricks. Pavers are still to be fixed to bring the Building in Residing condition.

Still Ackruti promises that they will make it till March.

I have to change my rental flat in April which cost me shifting and efforts.
