Ackruti gardenia - Morning glory
Delay in getting possesion

I have booked a flat in Morning- Ackruti Gardenia, Mira Road..Ackruti Gardenia is delaying Mira Road Project since long. They have already given two extension and unofficial extension of one as they promised one date at the time of booking and given another date in agreement. They are completing phase II at much faster than the first one... Since builder is delaying the construction, he should compensate us by paying our rent. Besides I have taken a bank loan and I am paying extra interest on my loan since the actual EMI will start after the final disbursement of loan, which will happen only after the possession of the flat.
