Non-Allotment of plot

I booked 160 Sq yd plot in santour city Haridwar (project running by m/s Octago bulders Pvt Ltd. ) five year back. And I already paid appx 4.5 lacs to them. in view of Project development and feedback / response of the company I am in doubtful, I can get the plot so I need refund with interest from the company pl. help me to show the way how can I get rid of them. After getting response I will give the details of property
