NON-COMPLETION OF PROJECT “PARASVNATH PASSION”

1. I write to you in relation to the issue related to non completion of your project by the name “PARASVNATH PASSION” launched in the month of dec. As per the contract the project was to be completed with in three years, but some how the project never took off and over the last three years only some foundation has been put. E ven after frequent enquiring about the future of the project the company has kept me in dark over three years.
2. I had booked sixth floor in Tower no 7 and had paid a sum of Rs 86000/- as booking amount, moreover with in a period of 4-5 months company asked for the first installment of Rs 1, 72, 000 (as I had gone in for construction linked plan) which was paid by HDFC and there after I have been paying regular pre-EMI of apprx Rs 1600/- ever month for last three and half years (lumsum of Rs 65000/- has been paid) and this amount has gone for nothing.
3. I am a serving officer in Indian army and I have worked for each penny I have paid. It saddens me to say that me and my family has been mentally disturbed as we have been paying pre EMIs for a project which has been a disaster ever since it began
4. Without wasting much time I want that the company should look into all aspects of the issue and refund my entire amount including the interest and the amount I have paid as EMI to the bank, i.e to say that a sum of Rs 1, 70, 000 (incl booking amount=86000, interest=19000, amount paid as pre EMI-65000) other than that sum of Rs 1, 72, 000 taken from HDFC bank should be returned to the bank at the earliest so that I don’t have to pay any further EMI
5. It has already taken three years, and caused tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, Your reply is anticipated at the earliest
