I am approaching to buy a plot in the apporved layout. It is a second sale. All original documents available including latest EC in the seller name. Also the owner got patta in 2003 in the seller name itself. However when we approached VAO to verify the patta we found our that the owner of the patta name been changed.
How the possibility of changing the name in the patta? Is it advisable to buy this properity?
or What the seller & me has to do before buying the land?
