Illegal constructio

We are the residential of plot no.8, shaktikhand-3, indirapuram, ghaziabad, u.p,

sir,

builder is constructing shop in the basement illegally, we said to stop the construction but he refused and said no buddy can do any thing to me.

we are requesting u to please stop this illegal construction.he is saying that this is my property and i can do what i want, i don't know GDA. This is the space of parking and he is using it for the commercial purpose. Plz help us
