is threatning public life by designing the appartment structure at mother theresa colony, keshwapur hubli, below nominal structural standards, where infact even concrete of M15 grade is used in the same structure which is below M20 minimum prescribed by IS code

Also earthquake standards are not considered

Kindly look into the matter and take suitable action
