I tried to book ticket in PVR Saket on 13.07.2012 around 12 to 3 p.m for movie Cocktail. I booked ticket for 3 people, 800 was deducted from my account that too twice, it means 800 800= 1600/- was deducted from my account and ticket was not booked. I used SBI Debit Card (Visa) and the card no is xxxx xxxx xxxx 2595.
No one picked up the phone and I couldn't even make any complain. they sent me a mail for thinking me to registered to pvr saket, in fact i didn't even do so. I want my money back as soon as possible. And this is a complete irresponsible behaviour which i witnessed from these PVR people. I hope i don't have to move the consumer court and my money is refunded on time.
