Fooling Customers by take advance payment for Membership

Three couples bought the membership of this group for Holidays 3nights free stay with some vouchers @8200. Cambay being in 5star category, hospitality service is worst then any budget hotels.

They donot have the food options to provide nor milk options for Kids. Although we ordered the food they had was stale? Paneer was so hard and spices were like used for Hospital patients.

everytime we had to call the maintenece department to put on the heater, as we leave the room they would turn it off. took up the matter with GM, and he made several promises and other official of Cambay but till today nothing has been resolved.

we have wasted our planned holidays and felt so humiliated, it would have been better if we would have taken some other group. Cambay can only be compared with Budget hotel, not above it.
