No information regarding redemption of e-tickets

I had booked a tickets (TWO TICKETS) on march 6 for IPL MATCH i.e Punjab v/s Delhi i.e on 13 march

UNDER THE NAME :- KHUSHPREET SINGH

At the time when we visited PCA STADIUM, MOHALI WE DID NOT FIND ANY E-TICKET REDEMPTION POINT OVER THERE AND NOT ANY OF YOUR CREW MEMBER HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THAT E-TICKETS SYSTEM.The E-MAIL i got from there side when i booked my ticket that YOU CAN REDEEM YOUR TICKET BEFORE THE MATCH FROM THE VENUE ITSELF.AS WE VISITED THE STADIUM 5 HOURS BEFORE THE MATCH WE HAVEN'T GOT OUR TICKET AND ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THAT, I HAVEN'T GOT ANY MAIL FROM THERE SIDE OR ANY E-TICKET REDEMPTION CENTERS LIST FROM THERE SITE.THIS LEADS US TO HIGHLY DISAPPOINTMENT AND HARASSMENT.AS I ALREADY PAID FOR THE TICKETS BUT I NOT GOT MY TICKETS.
