I have subscribed ETV Telugu channel from WatchIndia.tv for one year. This subscription included a TVBox for free.. and to begin with it arrived late. All through the year I have had incidents with ETV Telugu channel subscription. These incidents include either audio, video and/or connection establishment problem constantly. Same goes with TV Box. Constantly with technical support via e-mail to fix these issues. I end up becoming a local administrator for my subscription.
The also mentioned that a video on demand (VOD) can be accessible via online or using TVBOX. This feature never was up-to-date. At times, more then a week of shows were not posted.. if I contact them they use to say their loader process for VOD had a technical issue and they can not load those shows.
TVBox stopped working over a month and they never provided a resolution for that.. if contact them they are saying that the issue has been escalated to senior department who is looking into it.
At the same time, they have started posting yearly renewals, which do not go through.. when they contacted me I mentioned to them that I need to pre-authorize the transaction with my credit card company since it is an intonation transaction. They have stopped my subscription because they could not post the renewal fee..
I had asked them to reimburse the inconvenience it has caused after I paid upfront for one year. Their replay to was to renew for one month and see how it goes.. I was not agreeing to that since I paid for one and all through that year I had issue for online access of that channel or via so called TVBox.. and they need to resolve that issue first..
PS: Due to time difference between USA & India, majority of the time I was not accessing the show live.. and their VOD is not up-to-date most of the time and their TVBox hardly worked..
