In the month of December India Today Book Club through their scheme offered me books and free holiday packages and charged me an amount of Rs.6396/- thru credit card. After delivery of books they asked me to deposit another Rs.1798 by draft immediately as service charges so that holiday package can be redeemed. Accordingly I couriered drafts (No.454852 & 454853 drawn on Canara bank) and registration forms on 12th Jan '10 to Premier Sales promotions Pvt. Ltd at their post box No.5042 in Bangalore. In fact on these service charges their sales guy did not tell me and promised me that there won't be any extra cost on this deal. Till this all activities went smoothly…After that there is no revert till now from their side. I tried to contact their helpdesk a few occasions with lot of pain - getting line takes minimum of half an hrs' holding. As per them its been actioned and I will get a revert in couple of days... this is their usual robot message... but still I don't have any clue about how long I have to wait…
