Debited my credit card without my permission

I have contacted Hungama.com on 24th Dec about membership of its site, they talled me that after enroll to site first month unlimited download will Rs 99/- after one month they send me a confirmation mail, afterconfirmation they will deduct anther Rs 99/-, After one month they send me mail and I requested them to cancell my membership, though I have cancell this they deduct my account and not giving credit since last month,

any one can suggest me where to complaint against this cheating site
