Respected Sir,

This is Prashant Khemariya Idea pre-paid user (9754996138). Few services are activated automatically on my mobile therefore balance is automatically deducting from my mobile a/c. I am calling at customer care since 5 day to stop all services but there is no response. Yesterday I had call to customer care on 198, 12345 and sere my problem and told that stop all services and refund my money otherwise I will consume forum, but till now I am unsatisfied. Respected sir about 100 Rs. Deduced from my account so I request you take correct action and try to refund my all money.
