I booked two tickets on feb 7 via kyazoonga for the Bryan Adam's concert. The transaction failed but only after the money was debited from my account. I sent a mail the same day to their customer service requesting a status on how the money would be credited back to me.
I havent got a reply till date. I even tried calling their helpline numbers about a hundred times. They are either always busy or get disconnected after an automated voice says that "you wil be transferred to the next available operator"
