Mr Jignesh has contacted me on 14th march get filled form n. 10076088 me with cheque of rs 1750/- cheque No. 240973 dated 14/03 of Vijaya bank. i have requested to install the channel on 22nd March. on the day of installation mr jignesh has asked me that he has misplaced the cheque and taken Rs 1750/- in cash. The channel already has been started on 22nd march. But on 9th April my channel has been disconnected due non payment. i have contacted customer care on 8th march thrice, every time they have replied me that their executive will contact you shortly. but till this time nobody has contacted me. on my own i have no. of mr jignesh, i have contacted him, he has told me that yr channel will activate shortly and asked his boss to talk me i.e. mr bhavesh Jivani . he has assured me that yr channel will be activated very shortly. mr bhavesh jivani has told me that it has been done due to some problem but yr payment has been deposited.. on 9th march i again contacted all these person nobody is picking my phone, when once mr bhavesh jivani has picked my phone i think by mistake then i have asked him to return my money. he has told me ok your money will be refunded.
but after some time he told that this is non refundable. i asked him if you cannot provide any service than you refund me my money so that i can take service from other service provider.
