Egarding replacement of defective product with latest PS3 on additional payemt

This is not exactly a complaint. I had purchased PS3 play station on 9th Nov'2009 from Chroma, Mumbai. It developed a defect that it is not reading blue ray disc. It has been given to the authorized service center on 29th Jan'11 and probably by this time reference must have been received by you for approval to replace with 120GB version and on payment of 50% cost. I am not happy with this offer because the 120GB is obsolete in the market. My requirement is to either get 50% money back or give me the latest product PS3 320GB with 3D. I am ready to pay the difference of cost with the defective PS3 i.e. 80GB version.

If it is possible please advise the concerned service center i.e. Rainbow Services Surat to collect the required DD of the amount decided by you.

I am in urgent need of this product.
