Respected Sir,

This is Prashant Khemariya prepaid user of Aietel sim (09993738047). I have applied for Mobile Office activation on my sim on 22- may at 10:30 PM with confirmation to costumer care. After 10:30 PM (22 may) 10 Rs. Deduced from my a/c but services not activated. At next day on 23 may at 11:30 am I have call to costumer care for information that how I will connect Internet. But they have ignored me. After 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM I was continually calling to customer care but call has automatically disconnected. Sir I suffered with critical problem please respond me. I want to refund my money and 24 hrs time also.
