I had purchased Airtel digital TV connection in Oct.(1750/- plan). I was entitled to get 15% cash back as per the terms and conditions provided by Airtel. However even after the 3 months, the amount has not been refunded back into the account.

The customer care is highly un-responsive and customers are taken for a ride.
