B0001 problem not solved for last 5 days
Hi
I have been facing this B0001 and video problem for last 20 days. 15 days ago, I have registered a complaint in airtel customer care. They said a engineer will come to my home to solve the problem and this is the same answer for last 12 days still engineer does not come. I have chenge the new stp box 25 days beck, changed the dish angel but nothing worked out. If anyone had this problem and got solved. Please let me know.
