To Airtel DTH Authorities,
It was really very horrible and bad experience to get installed my DTH from you. Though I was surprised by this much poor quality of your service. Even after 30 calls to your call center and all energy put in, with my money wasted in advance 2000 recharge, i was unable to get it installed in 5 days, now I have lost hope and have stopped making calls. I would suggest everybody whoever is reading this compalint that please do not buy this Airtel DTH product as they have horrible consumer services and this was a total waste of money, energy and efforts.
