Supplied a heavily dented Refrigerato

I have purchased a Panasonic refrigerator Model NR-B30M8-SS on 21.02.2010 from a retailer located at Durgapur, WB, India. The said Refrigerator is delivered by the retailer with sizable dent at corner Top. As per the Panasonic service personnel the dent can't be repaired. Since the defect is clearly visible and not repairable, the machine was not allowed to install and commission. The Panasonic authority should address the problem so that the defect item is replaced immediately.
