About Luggage

Sir,

I travelles from Mumbai to Bangkok at 7th july. & Return back at 12th july. At 12th when i received luggage ..my lock was open & my some luggage is out of my beg. when i complained to officer... He said me that we r not responsible for that. This also be done with my friend who traveled with me. kindly consider & replied me.. we r awaiting for ur reply..
