Non-delivery of filter cartridge

Sir,

I have contacted customer care for an filter cartridge 10 days before. I have been given a complaint no. also. A company rep from Bidhan Nagar, Durgapur called me once stating that the required size of filter element is not available at present and the same will be delivered once the item of required type and capacity comes in the stock. Ten days past i did not get further call/response. My email-id is [email protected]
